What to ask us for

Reporting a problem
Section titled “Reporting a problem”Send the SDK version, the platform, what you asked for (the request or preset) and what the wallet or
the box showed. For web checks include the session id from the session event; for in-person checks
the result’s reason. The meaning of every state and reason is in Errors and states.
